What is the Australian LifeSaving Academy?

People are often surprised to discover Surf Lifesaving is a fully accredited training organisation. Offering companies, government bodies and other groups a range of professional courses as varied as the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Public Safety and Beach Administration.

But when you think about it, lifesaving and training are a perfect fit. The formal passing on of skills and wisdom is something we’ve been doing for 100 years.
