Recently appointed in my new role within AMEI, it's a real pleasure to to introduce our 4th edition of GYM Airwaves Hub newsletter. 2022 is now almost over with just a few months to go. In an unprecedented challenging economic and geopolitical environment, all the AMEI teams have shown a strong engagement to serve our customers, to develop and protect our business as well as our margins to improve the performance of the Group.
I would like to thank everyone and more particularly to warmly congratulate all our GYM winners of 2022. Undoubtedly, there is more to come, and in such a context there is a need for acceleration of our GYM projects to successfully close 2022 and engage 2023 in line with our Advance objectives. Let’s not reinvent the wheel ! Replication is one of the main levers of this GYM acceleration. You will find in this newsletter a Global Replication map developed by the Group. I encourage you to explore, discover and then quickly go to action. It is a great way of learning and implementing projects your fellow colleagues across the Group have successfully deployed.
